ENGLISH PALE ALE Pale in color, yet the strongest of our beers, which is a result of European pale malt, balanced with a robust dose of hops 6% A.B.V. "The Grail of Pale" BeerAdvocate.com Had this at a new pub that opened about 30 minutes from us. it arrived at my table in a proper English pint glass! Color was a lager like gold, thin head and wispy lace. Strong aroma of malt, little hop aroma. Very smooth honey like maltiness, slightly bitter as befits an English style ale. Full mouthfeel and nice and drinkable. Was I just in London? Good beer.
BLACK PRINCE PORTER Dark in color, yet surprisingly medium in body. Complex roasted malt flavors with a chocolately velvet finish 5% A.B.V. Black Prince Porter Origins BeerAdvocate.com A very nice Porter, deep black, some head retention, and just a bit of lacing. A nice inviting roasty aroma, taste was ultra smooth and roasted flavor was just a bit on the restrained side. No complaints though, very nice flavor, silky mouthfeel, and excellent drinkability make this porter a winner.

Aroma is amazing spicy and malty and perfumey. Malty and slightly sweet. Carmel and toffee. Very spicy. Nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and others. A milder flavored ale. Very drinkable but it does NOT live up to its wonderful nose. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. Now Available For the Season
